Description
It has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. It is clear and bright. The bouquet’s taste is fruity and floral with notes golden apple and acacia flowers. It has a pleasant and aromatic flavour with a bitter delicate aftertaste.

Parings
It is excellent as an aperitif. It can be paired with all meals: with seafood, pasta with herbs, light and white meats and cheese.
